1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using a Graure Elena application, you agree to these Terms, the applicable EULA, the Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms displayed in the application or store listing. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. License grant
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application on compatible devices associated with your app-store account.
3. Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party services, an internet connection, or separate accounts. Their availability and rules are controlled by their respective providers. Third-party names and trademarks are used only to identify compatibility and remain the property of their owners.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use an application for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing activity. You may not bypass security, access restrictions, subscription controls, or technical limitations.
5. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
Prices, trials, renewals, and cancellation terms are displayed by the store before purchase. Payments and refunds are administered by Microsoft Store, App Store, or the store through which you purchased the application, subject to that store's rules.
6. Intellectual property
The applications, original visual identity, text, and proprietary components belong to Graure Elena or its licensors. A user license does not transfer ownership rights.
7. Availability and warranties
Applications are provided as available, to the extent permitted by law. Interruptions, defects, or feature changes may occur because of operating-system updates, service changes, or maintenance.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Graure Elena is not liable for indirect loss, third-party service interruptions, or consequences caused by use that conflicts with documentation or these Terms.
9. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated. Continued use after a new version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to graure.nina19@gmail.com.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
