1. Acknowledgement
This agreement is between you and Graure Elena. The store through which you obtained the application is not a party to this agreement except where its rules expressly provide rights or obligations.
2. Scope of license
The license permits you to install and use one copy of the application on compatible devices you own or control, subject to the relevant store rules. You may not sell, sublicense, distribute, or make the application available outside mechanisms permitted by the store.
3. Ownership and intellectual property
The application is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved. You may not remove rights notices, decompile, or modify the application except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Third-party services and accounts
Features connected to third-party services may require a separate account and acceptance of the provider's terms. Graure Elena does not guarantee the availability or continued operation of those services.
5. Maintenance and support

6. Warranty and product claims
Any mandatory warranty applies to the extent required by law. Application performance claims should be directed to Graure Elena. Payment, download, and refund requests should be directed to the relevant store.
7. Legal compliance
You confirm that you will use the application in compliance with applicable laws, including rules concerning export controls, sanctions, intellectual property, and data protection.
8. Termination
The license terminates if you materially breach this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the application and remove copies under your control where reasonably possible.
9. Changes and entire agreement
This EULA, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the product-specific information shown in the store listing form the applicable agreement. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
If store rules or applicable law provide mandatory additional rights, those rights remain in effect.
